The main goal of the monograph is to present a proven method, based on a process approach, to define and improve the conditions of education at a higher education institution for individual disabilities. This is accompanied by the author’s conviction that the developed and promoted method should define the obligations of each university in the field of ensuring access of PwD to higher education, and that the fulfillment of these obligations should be ensured by the law formulated in such a way that these obligations are explicitly indicated as absolute.
